Proper seasoning: Use mineral oil and hand washing for years of use
Complete sizing is as follows: For the 16-inch peel --> paddle is 16 inches wide, 18 inches long, and 26 inches overall with an 8-inch handle (included in measurement).
For the 14-inch peel --> paddle is 14 inches wide, 16 inches long, and 24 inches overall with an 8-inch handle (included in measurement).
Both peels are 3/4 inches thick and tapers down to 1/4 inch at one edge.

Pizza Peel - Cherry Wood
I am new to the homemade pizza world, but after watching YouTube videos, it appeared that a pizza peel was a must. Based on reviews, I selected your 16" pizza reel and it's wonderful. High hydration dough slides off the peel easily onto the pizza stone. Makes my job easier and is beautifully made. The fact that they're made in WI is icing on the cake.

Bigger than Expected!
My wife surprised me with this pizza peel for our anniversary. It's great. It's bigger than expected but perfect for pizza prep and beats using a cardboard box to get the pizza out of the oven.

Love it. To be honest, I had to do a little (vert little) finish sanding on the front edge before conditioning, but it’s beautiful. Great size, too. Seems very well made.
