General Cooking Instructions for Nueske's Spiral Sliced Honey Glazed Ham

Directions

1. Storage: Refrigerate immediately if you plan to use within 1 week. To serve at a later date, place in freezer upon receipt. Will keep up to 2 months in freezer with no loss of flavor; thaw in refrigerator for 2 days prior to serving.
2. Serving: Ham is fully cooked and ready to serve, hot or cold. Remove netting before heating or slicing. To maintain maximum moistness, we recommend not heating.
3. Oven Warming: If you prefer to gently warm ham, preheat oven to 275 degree F. Cover ham tightly with foil and heat 20 minutes per pound, or to internal temp of 120 degree F. Do not overheat. Excessive heating will dry the meat’s natural juices.
