Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Here's a new way to marinate pork tenderloin that keeps it moist when grilled and adds extra flavor
Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cook Time: 25 minutes
Total Time: 24 Hours
Serves: 4-5
Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork tenderloin
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup dry white wine or apple juice
- Wisconsin Wilderness Honey Mustard
Directions
- Place pork in sealable plastic bag
- Combine oil, wine, and garlic in a jar, cover and shake vigorously
- Pour over pork, seal
- Marinate in refrigerator overnight
- Drain, discard marinade
- Slather pork generously with honey mustard
- Grill over hot coals for 25 minutes or until cooked through, turning occasionally
