Northwoods Cheese Garlic Mashed Potatoes

An extra-special way to make mashed potatoes that the whole family will enjoy!

Ingredients
- 8 large potatoes
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 - 6 oz Northwoods Cheese Roasted Garlic, shredded
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Peel (if desired) and chunk the potatoes, place in a large pot of boiling water
- Add milk, bay leaf and pinch of salt
- Cook until potatoes are soft, about 25 minutes
- Drain and remove bay leaf
- Add butter, heavy cream and Northwoods Roasted Garlic Cheese
- Mash until smooth
- Stir in egg yolk, salt and pepper to taste
