My order says “Awaiting Fulfillment.” When will it ship?
- Pizza peels, pottery crocks, or stepping stones: These items are made to order. Our artisans are hard at work! If it’s been more than 4 weeks, please contact us below.
- Perishable food items: These ship on Monday or Tuesday (sometimes Wednesday) depending on the item and where it’s going. Please allow at least 24 hours for processing.
- Other delays? If your order doesn’t include the above, fill out the form below—we’re happy to help.
