Rubi Reds Cranberry Blossom Honey
As far as I can tell this Cranberry Blossom Honey is unique to Wisconsin. It's fruitiness is light and pleasing to the tip of the tongue. I use it in my coffee every morning. Highly recommend that you try it for a taste treat on toast, pancakes or whatever food you would like to sweeten a bit.

When I lived in Madison, Wisconsin during the 1980s I discovered cranberry honey at the Farmerss Market. Finally fruity honey! I loved it. The years since it has been hard to come by. How excited I was to have found the honey I consider one of Wisconsin's hidden treasures. Two teaspoons in my coffee daily makes me feel I'm back home in the Midwest where I'm from and miss less now that I've got my honey back!

There is a honey shop in Northern Illinois that used to have this but they no longer do. I was so excited to find this and it tastes so good. I am giving some as Christmas gifts as well.
