Honey Acres
Wisconsin Honey and Honey Gifts from Over 100 Years of Beekeeping
Ashippun, Wisconsin. Honey Acres began in 1852 when Christian Diehnelt came to Milwaukee from his native Germany with his beekeeping talents. For five generations, the Diehnelt family grew their business to offer a variety of Kosher products including gourmet honeys, honey cremes, honey mustards, honey confections and numerous gift packages. Today, Honey Acres is located on a 40 acre property in rural Ashippun, Wisconsin, midway between Milwaukee and Madison. Skilled beekeepers tend over 1800 hives of bees located on 38 farms within 40 miles of Honey Acres to gather the honey crop. Clover, basswood, buckwheat, orange blossom, cranberry, and wildflower are some of the unique flavors of honey produced.
Walter Diehnelt, Master Beekeeper and President, cordially invites you to visit Wisconsin and tour their factory and nationally acclaimed "Honey of a Museum." People all over the world have enjoyed honey and gift packs from Honey Acres. Satisfaction is guaranteed today just as it was in 1852.
