Glenn's Market and Catering has over twenty (yes 20) different bratwurst flavors.  Their bacon and smoked pit ham are fabulous as well. 

Rushing Water Fisheries have smoked trout and a Neapolitan Smoked Atlantic Salmon Sampler, which is Smoked Salmon, Cajun Spice Smoked Salmon, and Three Peppered Smoked Salmon.
