The artisan behind our pickled eggs and meats is Bay View Packing Company, a family-run company based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Bay View Packing was founded by three brothers in the 1920s, and it’s been with the family ever since. Today’s family of picklers uses the same recipes as their founders, which had already been passed through the generations before that. Old World recipes adapted for modern sensibilities. No one can beat the flavor of their Pickled Polish Sausages!
