    Appreciate the efficiency

    I appreciate the efficiency of the company, I needed the product in 5 days, which meant that it would sit in a warehouse over the weekend, if it shipped today. The customer service rep was really concerned about our southern temperatures. I reassured her we had a 'cool' front coming and that it would be fine, and it was. Thanks a lot!!!!!!!!
