International Bratwurst Sampler

The International Bratwurst Sampler includes a variety of fresh bratwurst sausages hand made with all Wisconsin products, but with international flavors. The sampler includes 6 pounds of fresh, uncooked brats: 1.5 pounds each of German, Greek, Italian, and Hungarian Bratwurst. The German brats contain Allspice to give the old world German taste; the Greek brats taste like a Gyro filled with lamb, pork and seasonings; the Italian brats are Italian flavored made with pork, fennel and seasonings; and the Hungarian brats have traditional very hot, spicy flavor. Hungarian brat is MSG free (monosodium glutamate). The other brats contain MSG, but all brats are gluten free. The International Bratwurst Sampler by Glenn's Market and Catering is the perfect way to taste test sausages with a variety of old world flavors. Shelf life: 6 months frozen, 1 week after thawing.
