Mushroom Swiss Cheese Brats will be a great addition to your next tailgate party. The fresh, authentic (uncooked) Mushroom Swiss Cheese bratwursts are some of the most delicious brats available. This is a classic pork bratwurst with sliced mushrooms and real Wisconsin Swiss Cheese added to a natural casing. Chooses 6 lb. (24 brats) or 9 lb. (36 brats) of brats. Contains MSG, but is gluten free. Shelf life is 6 months frozen, and 1 week after thawing. One of Wisconsin's favorite foods, Bratwurst!
