Heavenly!
These chocolate eclairs are the real thing! Absolutely delicious! A small, locally-owned bakery where I grew up in the mountains of North Carolina used to have the most fabulous eclairs! I would daydream about them as a girl! :) But the owners retired several years ago, and I’ve been disappointed with every chocolate eclair I’ve tried from any other bakery… UNTIL NOW!!! Hallelujah!
