Pizza Peels have an 8-inch handle that is manufactured from the peel itself, ensuring durability. Each peel has beveled edges, allowing you to conveniently slide your pizza from oven to table. Made exclusively from hand-selected, high quality cherry wood, these pizza peels are lightweight, durable, natural (not treated with chemicals), long lasting and easy to maintain. Proper seasoning: Use mineral oil and hand washing for years of use

Complete sizing is as follows: For the 16-inch peel --> paddle is 16 inches wide, 18 inches long, and 26 inches overall with an 8-inch handle (included in measurement).
For the 14-inch peel --> paddle is 14 inches wide, 16 inches long, and 24 inches overall with an 8-inch handle (included in measurement).
Both peels are 3/4 inches thick and tapers down to 1/4 inch at one edge.

Beautifully made, a work of art that doubles as a pizza peel. We haven’t used it yet as I had to order some food grade mineral oil to oil it before first use.

A suggestion: alert potential shoppers to the need to oil it when we order it so that we can be sure to have the proper oil on hand when it arrives.

Beautiful pizza peel. I bought the bigger one and I’m glad I did. Plus it’s not very heavy to manage. And the cherry wood is beautiful. Mine comes spotlessly clean with just a kitchen towel.

I purchased this as a gift for my son-in-law. He was absolutely blown away by the beauty of the product and functionality!
