Sheboygan Brats will make a great addition to your family's or friend's next tailgate party. These fresh, authentic, handmade Sheboygan-style bratwursts by Glenn's Market and Catering are some of the most savory traditional brats available. (They are not pre-cooked.) Sheboygan-style is a pork brat with a little sugar added to make this Bratwurst a little sweeter and also makes for quicker browning, so we recommend grilling them on a lower heat. Choose 6 lb. (24 brats) or 9 lb. (36 brats). They are MSG free and gluten free! Shelf-life is 6 months frozen, and 1 week after thawing. Perfect for any occasion and a favorite at picnics and barbecues. Enjoy one of Wisconsin's favorite foods, Bratwurst!

    I have been searching for someplace to buy good Sheboygan Brats when the place I had bought them from closed. These were the best we've had in a long time! I highly recommend them.

    Ordered these online. One package had partially thawed so I left it out. The timing was perfect due to family cookout. Did them in beer and onions. Best ever. I used a lager. Everyone love them. One who doesn’t eat meat tried a small piece and agreed. Will order them again

    That's all - just the best brats we've ever done! We've lived in Sheboygan, and Glenbeulah, and Elkhart Lake. Now we're in CT, so we'll be ordering more!

    just like we used to have when i was young. couldn't wait for them to thaw put them under the broiler they split just like i remember. fabulous
